Low mileage 2002 Camaro Z28.
2002 Chevrolet Camaro Z28.
The Camaro ran from 1967-2003 before its return in 2010. The fourth generation had good power, great options and a phenomenal ride quality. They are climbing in value, especially these low mileage examples.
Why This Car Is Special
This is a real Z28 and a low mileage example at that. With 33,480 miles on the clock, this car is nearly like new inside and out.
Mechanical
With 310 horsepower and 340 lb. ft. of torque, these Camaros will flat get it! If the horsepower isn't enough, it is backed with a 6-speed manual transmission with Hurst shifter. 28 MPG on the highway is very impressive for a muscle car, and that's what this Camaro is rated at. Power rack and pinion steering and power disc brakes make this car stop and steer just as well as it goes. The 350 engine is legendary, and you'd expect nothing less in a legend like a Camaro Z28.
Interior
The interior is stock and incredibly clean. It's almost as if no one has ever sat in the seats. You are surrounded by options with a power seat, power windows, power locks, remote mirrors, remote trunk release, tilt steering wheel, AM/FM/CD player, T-tops, steering wheel radio controls, trip odometer, and comfortable cloth bucket seats. The trunk is roomy and has a cover to keep the sun, and prying eyes off of your possessions.
Exterior
Silver fits these cars well, and the black Z28 badging really pops. Fog lights and a rear spoiler give this sleek Camaro some extra flair. Aluminum alloy wheels are wrapped in big radial tires, that not only look great but provide all the grip you need to tame that V8. The exhaust tips are black and tuck nicely under the rear bumper. The T-tops are tinted and look great on and off the car. They store nicely in the rear when not in use. These Camaros are very aerodynamic and look like they are doing 100 miles per hour, even when standing still.
Conclusion
There aren't too many really low mileage 17- model year old Camaros out there, and they are being scooped up by savvy collectors. Get your hands on this one and make a smart investment that you can enjoy.
