1937 Ford Three-Window Panel Van
Why This Car Is Special
This is a very special 1937 Ford “Pie Wagon” we have here for sale at Skyway Classics. It was originally used to deliver pies in it as a delivery van back in the day and has been customized into a truly one-of-a-kind Street Rod.
Mechanical
The heart of the 1937 beats as a small block Chevy engine that rests under the hood. It packs plenty of power with its 350 cubic inches and shifts great as it mates to a GM 200R4 automatic overdrive transmission.
The small block has some power adders such as the performance carb, aluminum intake, MSD distributor, tube headers and accessories including polished matching valve covers and air cleaner, air conditioning, powers steering and brakes, all in a clean and detailed engine compartment.
Interior
The plush two-tone black and grey interior has ample cushioned high back bucket seats with arm rests, great door panels, carpeting, and head liner, tilt steering wheel, chrome floor shifter, and accessory gauges to boot.
The back “pie” storage area has a wood planks inserted inside the great grey painted and redone side panels. It is both functional and looks great too.
Exterior
The 1937 Ford “Pie Wagon” is painted in deep black paint and has been chopped and channeled with a 1936 front end. It is a very nice looking ride as it sits on a solid undercarriage with custom 10-spoke and performance tires and sounds great too as it has a dual exhaust system with turbo-type mufflers.
Conclusion
You will find this 1937 Ford “Pie Wagon” we have here for sale at Skyway Classics to be a great running and driving vehicle. It would be the perfect shop or advertising truck for any business in need.
