1970 Plymouth Cuda

Why This Car Is Special
The Plymouth Cuda is the sister car to the Dodge Challenger and has some of the sexiest lines ever. The long hood and short trunk lid scream pony car, but the wide stance, shaker hood and bold graphics let you know this car is pure muscle.

Mechanical
Our Cuda has a 572 Cubic Inch Chrysler Hemi, 4.5” bore Mopar performance block, balanced forged rotating assembly by Ohio crankshaft, valve train FHO, roller lifters, all built by Tim Banning, who is a famous Hemi builder.

The Hemi also has aluminum Edelbrock heads, tuned jetted dual carbs , MSD ignition with rev limiter, shaker hood also have original rally hood, Sanden AC compressor, serpentine March belt system, and has roughly 830-850 horsepower.

All that power is backed by a 4-speed with fourth gear being an overdrive, Centerforce clutch and pressure plate, NHRA approved Bell housing and scatter shield, Wilwood disc brakes all around, Mancini aluminum strut rods, 2 1/4” ceramic coated hooker headers, 8 quart oil pan, power steering, and power brakes.

Interior
White bucket seats and a center console are topped off with a cool Pistol Grip shifter. Everyone knows the Pistol Grip is a must have in a Mopar Muscle car, and this one has it with the automatic transmission. The factory gauges, dash, door panels, carpet and everything else inside looks great.

Exterior
This car has been restored and updated with a lot of power, great options and a killer look with its black paint. The 1970 is the first year of the third generation and is based on Chrysler's E body platform. This Cuda is very clean and solid and needs nothing but a new owner.

17” Year One reproduction aluminum wheels with 255/45/ZR 17 black wall performance tires give it the factory menacing look. Fog lights accent the front end while providing additional lighting for nigh-time and poor weather driving. These Cudas are low and long and have all the right curves.

This Cuda was supposedly bought from Chicago area from Mr. Norms?

Conclusion
Stand out from the crowd of Mustangs and Camaros, and get yourself a Cuda. This car is built right, has great power and options. There is no need to sacrifice comforts like A/C, power steering and a modern radio to get a classic muscle car. You really can have it all with this hot Cuda.
