The engine we are told is a modified 1600cc flat four with Dual Carbs, custom aftermarket exhaust, Bosh coil and ignition parts, polished pulleys, polished cylinders, and uses a Four-speed manual transmission and Front Disc Brakes, which allows you to get the most out of the engine.

This car is incredibly solid and the VW runs and drives great. And it rides on Cragar SS Mag wheels with performance radial tires.

Interior

Inside the custom interior consists of the twin vinyl bucket seats with the matching door panels and rear seat, a custom dash with aftermarket stereo AM/FM Radio, Performance Gauges, Diamond Tread floors, a black padded steering wheel, and is shifted by an EMPI stick shift

Your protected overhead by a Silver Hardtop with a chrome luggage carrier up above too.

Exterior

Our Maxi has a great Blue Metallic paint job accented by that Silver Hardtop, and features chrome bumpers, chrome headlights, running boards, injection like stacks on the hood, the Model T like radiator and grill, side carriage lights, and full sets of front and rear fenders.

The VW buggy looks great with good body lines, great chrome and trim, and a professional repaint that makes it really stand out.
