It has only 53 documented miles on it!!! Believed to be 53 actual miles our AMC was sold new at Blasers Auto Sales in Moline Illinois for $3,535.05. It has Factory power steering, AM radio, Original paint, New Whitewall tires, a copy of original bill of lading, was stored in Tupeco Auto Museum for the last 4 years, and scored 100 points at Petit Jean Mountain Car Show.
Mechanical This 1974 AMC Matador Coupe we have is truly amazing. It looks like it just left the factory in Kenosha, driven 53 miles and parked since then. It has, of course the original drivetrain consisting of the 232 Cubic inch inline-six with 100 horsepower, Automatic transmission, Factory power steering, new tires with 20 miles on them, and new hoses, plugs and other maintenance items, all in an original engine compartment, otherwise it's all original.
The seller bought this car from a collector who bought it from an AMC dealership that had the car on the showroom for years. The underside is unbelievable and the whole car must be seen to be believed.
Interior I can not say enough about how the interior looks! It is a tan split bench with brown dash, floor mats, carpet, and all other interior appointments just as they left the showroom, but the seats have clear plastic seat covers to protect them.
It has the original factory AM radio, the door cards, panels, roof panel and everything else is as delivered.
Exterior Our 1974 AMC Matadors has the Original brown paint, that again looks as new, with great chrome, trim, glass, and everything else. It has new whitewall tires on Uniroyal whitewall tires and factory road wheels.
